Two areas-the last band we were confidential and Unleashed! -have chosen to open for rocker Bret Michael when he played Betty Engelstad Sioux Center in Grand Forks Friday night, it was announced this morning.
Twenty bands from all over the country weighed in when Ralph Engelstad Arena officials said they would consider the two bands to open concerts. They were asked to answer potential questions rockers: "Why should a band you are open to the legendary rocker Bret Michaels?," and to submit samples of their music.
Our secret, based out of Jamestown, nd, had a great experience behind them and included bands such as journey, The Police, Rage Against the Machine, Collective Soul, Kings of Leon and The Black Eyed Peas, the news release from Chris Semrau, Director of events and media relations for the Ralph Engelstad Arena.

The Band recently opened to the Civic Center in Bismarck a Hairball yuck and includes bands such as Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, cheap trick, Lady Gaga, and Green Day.
